MyHome Disconnection Issue

We have received reports from players that they are getting disconnections from the game upon accessing MyHome feature and we have confirmed the issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to the players who are affected.
We already have identified the cause of the issue. The mount [VALOFE Limited Edition Mount (No Trade)] mount is registered on the Collection Book will cause disconnect the players upon accessing MyHome feature. Players are advised to Retrieve the [VALOFE Limited Edition Mount (No Trade)] mount from the Collection Book as a current workaround while the issue is still on-going.
